In early August DC Comics released the November Batman Group solicits and stirred up quite the controversy on Twitter. Cover images revealed Joker’s new look ahead of the character’s return in October’s Batman #13. As result, Batman artist Greg Capullo took to Twitter to express his rage.

I’m still not going to reveal my sketches. I won’t let this incident blow the whole works. Be patient. Terror is heading your way

That was then and this is now. It appears as if Capullo has not only calmed down, but he has also softened his stance on revealing his sketches. Today he revealed the first sketch of the new-look Joker. Take a look.
